Preface  There is a moment when every bridge behind you burns and the road ahead is all that remains. This poem is about crossing that line—about carrying your scars forward even when no map, star, or sign is left to guide you.   Every Time I Say Goodbye by De Garassie the 4th Preface(前書き) This piece was born from a fleeting reflection — the quiet sorrow that lingers when we try to forget, but memories refuse to fade. It's not about one particular goodbye, but all of them. I wrote it hoping to turn personal sadness into something universal. この詩は、ふとした瞬間の心象風景から生まれました。忘れようとしても忘れられない、静かな哀しみ。特定の別れを描いたものではなく、すべての別れを表しています。個人的な哀しみが、誰かの心にも届くことを願って書きました。 "Every Time I Say Goodbye" Every time I say goodbye, I try to forget everything. But memories keep piling up— Someday they’ll become a mountain I can no longer climb. Your figure faded in the sunset, And if we never meet again, Maybe that too is fate.
