The Rain Always Ends (Revised Version) by DeGarassie the 4th

“ The Rain Always Ends (Revised Version)” by DeGarassie the 4th 【前書き】 This poem was born from silence. From the kind of silence that holds back tears and keeps you walking forward. I wrote this not only for someone else, but also for myself. If you’ve ever stared out a window, unsure whether the storm inside you would pass— This is for you.  Watch the poetry reading on YouTube: https://youtu.be/04lzs_UPwIY "  The Rain Always Ends(英語詩・完全最終版)" Don’t cry. I know it hurts right now. I’ve seen skies like this before— gray, heavy, endless. But listen— you still have a future. One failure is not the end. It’s just a pause before your next chance. The dream you lost, the love that slipped away— they’re not endings. They’re just starting points you couldn’t see just yet. Don’t cry. The rain always ends. Don’t cry. I know it feels ...

Love is Invisible” by DeGarassie the 4th 出涸し文四郎 【前書】 Sometimes we expect love to shine, to reply, to be visible. But what if love doesn’t always appear the way we want it to? What if the strongest love is the one that stays invisible, and still, somehow, grows when we’re not even there? ”Love is Invisible” by DeGarassie the 4th 出涸し文四郎 I sent a message, which was left unread. I stared at it. My phone stayed still. Does silence mean you’ve gone away? Maybe love just has no way to stay. I used to think Love had to shine. Love had to reply, Love had to be mine. But now I think Love is still there, Even when it’s hard to see Even when it feels like it’s not. I can’t touch it. I can’t see it. I can’t prove it. But I still believe it. Maybe it’s not a photo, Not a word I need to have. Maybe love is something That grows...

Halfway to Nowhere Words & Music by De Garassie the 4th 【前書き】 Some people chase dreams. Others just keep walking— not to arrive anywhere, but to avoid being trapped where they are. This poem is for the latter. 夢を追う人がいる。 ただ歩き続ける人もいる。 どこかに着くためじゃなく、 今いる場所に縛られないために。 この詩は、そんな人たちへ。 "Halfway to Nowhere" by De Garassie the 4th Packed my doubts and half-wrote songs Caught the 3:05, didn’t care how long The driver asked me, “Where you bound?” I said, “Anywhere that ain’t around.” Halfway to Nowhere That’s where I stand No signposts, no welcome Just the wind and me again Someone waved from a diner booth Or maybe stretched—hard to tell the truth I didn’t stop, I didn’t check Guess I’ve learned to disconnect Halfway to Nowhere No ticket, no fare Paid in silence and old songs Drifting where I don’t belong Don’t need a destination Just motion to keep me sane If I ever saw the ending I’d never walk again Humming that tune you used to love No words, just tone and breath enough A rusted ...

Looks Like You’re Standing Still Words & Music by De Garassie the 4th (An Answer Song to “Like a Rolling Stone”)

Looks Like You’re Standing Still Words & Music by De Garassie the 4th (An Answer Song to “Like a Rolling Stone”) 【前書き】 This song was written as a response to those who seem to be always moving forward, always “in control.” But motion can be an illusion, and speed can be a disguise. From someone who knows what it’s like to freeze mid-journey, this is a question thrown into the wind: Are you really moving, or just afraid to stop? ”Looks Like You’re Standing Still” by De Garassie the 4th 出涸し文四郎 You punch the clock, you check the list Another day you won’t admit exists You call it motion, dressed in speed — But what you chase is what they say you need You took the path they traced in chalk High scores, safe job, silent walk A nameplate shines, a pension near — Still whispering like someone else could steer Looks like you’re ...
